Post-registration Process
Here's what happens after you've successfully registered:
-> Sharing of Opportunities
At DigitaLuxy, we understand our clients' exact requirements and assess them carefully. We matchmake the right talent with the right clients based on skill sets, knowledge, contract longevity, urgency of onboarding, shift timings, technical proficiency, processes, and tools. Once we've sorted out the essential requirements, we handpick the top three candidates from our pool and share your profile with the client. If you give us the go-ahead, we'll facilitate the client interview.
-> Client Interview
The client interview process generally involves one or two rounds. We'll make sure the client has a clear understanding of your skill sets and capabilities, increasing your chances of success. We're proud to say that 50% of our talent passes through the client interview in the first go. Your Talent Success Coach will also ensure that you're suitably prepared for the interview.
-> Project Onboarding
If the client and you are positive about working together, we'll initiate the process of contracts and agreements. We'll also arrange a kick-off call to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Your global income in dollars starts the day you're onboarded by the client, and we'll manage all the legal, administrative, and payment formalities and processes with the client.
-> Ongoing DigitaLuxy Support
Our responsibility doesn't end once you're deployed to a client. Your Talent Success Coach will keep mentoring you throughout the engagement. We want to ensure your career progression is in place, your learning and development needs are met, and you make great progress through and beyond this engagement. What is the timeline between registration and onboarding with an employer?
After completing assessments and creating a profile, it may take a few days for DigitaLuxy to connect talents with relevant opportunities. However, once talents successfully complete the employer interview process, they will be onboarded right away.
Is there any long-term contract?
No, there is no long-term contract. However, talents must serve the notice period as per the exit policy if they decide to end the contract.
When will I receive a final update after the final round?
A Talent Acquisition POC will reach out with a final update within 48 hours of completing the final round.
